Leased Up
We prepare the lease and program paperwork, such as the housing assistance payments (HAP) contract or CityFHEPS package submission.
Both DHCR and Residential leases are used as seen below.
An additional “Building Policies and Regulations” document is included outlining guidelines for quiet hours, the guest policy, repair requests, and more.
