​In 2024, Global Realty Development played an integral role in the successful lease-up of a newly constructed 18-unit residential building at 851 E 167th St in the Bronx. The property offers a mix of Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, designed to meet the diverse needs of local residents. Through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of New York City’s housing initiatives, Global Realty utilized CityFHEPS, FHEPS, and Section 8 programs to assist in securing full occupancy for the landlord.
