​Throughout 2024 - 2025, Global Realty Development played a vital role in the successful initial and renewal lease-up of a 19-unit residential building at 1230 Prospect Ave in the Bronx. The property offers a mix of Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, designed to meet the diverse needs of local residents. Through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of New York City’s housing initiatives, Global Realty utilized CityFHEPS and Section 8 programs to assist in securing full occupancy for the landlord.
